<br />Housing Elements, comprehensive pianning,.local government policy and
<br />development, and environmental analysis, An expert In craifing.local government policy, have has
<br />managed numerous complex planning programs, including GenIoral Plans, Speoifrc Plans, Zoning Codes,
<br />and Development Code updates. His planning expertise includes policy analysis and development, urban
<br />design, downtown rtavltalization', parks and recreation planning, sustainabillty,.and land use analysis.
