Debriefing. <br />For a period of at least 120 days, beginning 30 days after the awards for a Program NOFA are <br />publicly announced, HUD will provide to a requesting applicant a debriefing related to its <br />application. A request for debriefing must be made in writing or by email by the authorized <br />official whose signature appears on the SF424 or by his or her successor in office, and be <br />submitted to the person, organization, or email address identified as the contact under the <br />section entitled Agency Contact(s) in the Program NOFA. Information provided during a <br />debriefing may include the final score the applicant received for each rating factor, final <br />evaluator comments for each rating factor, and the final assessment indicating the basis upon <br />which funding was approved or denied. <br /> <br />VII. Agency Contact(s). <br />HUD staff will be available to provide clarification on the content of this NOFA. Other Information. <br />Paperwork Reduction Act Statement. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act, HUD may not conduct or sponsor, and <br />a person is not required to respond to, a collection of information unless the collection displays <br />a valid OMB control number. Each Program NOFA will identify its applicable OMB control <br />number unless its collection of information is excluded from these requirements under 5 CFR <br />part 1320. <br /> <br />National Environmental Policy Act. <br /> <br />A Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) with respect to the environment has been made for <br />EXHIBIT 2 <br />3-51
