PUBLIC HEARING TO APPROVE THE HOUSING AUTHORITY ANNUAL PLAN AND <br />ADOPT A RESOLUTION {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 3} <br /> <br /> At its Regular Meeting on March 28, 2018, by a vote of 4-0 (Cano, Santana absent), the <br />Community Redevelopment and Housing Commission conducted a public hearing in <br />consideration of the approval and submission of the Housing Authority Annual Plan to the <br />United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br /> <br /> Legal Notice published in the Orange County Register, Nguoi Viet, and La Opinion on <br />February 12, 2018. <br /> <br /> Chair Martinez opened the Hearing. There were no speakers and the Hearing Closed. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />1. Conduct a public hearing in consideration of the approval and submission of <br />the Housing Authority Annual Plan to the United States Department of <br />Housing and Urban Development. <br /> <br />2. Adopt a resolution. <br /> <br />H.A.
