Experience with the City and Other Similar Agencies We have extensive experience working with the City and a number of other publid agencies. Mark Thomas Is currently on the City's on-ooll list, and have worked on projects such as the WarnerAvenue Improvements and Santa Ana Stadium Repair. Through our previous experience, we have developed a thorough understanding of the City's standards and preferences. Additionally, we have been working closely with other agencies to deliver similar projects, providing our clients with on time delivery and cost -affective designs for transportation Infrastructure enhancements, including complete streets design, .roadway rehabilitations, Intersection modifications, active transportation facilities, grade separations, and Interchanges, Some of our local clients Include the cities of Newport Beach, Fullerton, Anaheim, Irvine, and Carlsbad, as well a$ Orange County Transporiation Authority, and Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, The City's project will be managed by Arturo Viver, PE, As our project manager and primary contact, Arturo brings more than 16 years of transportation and municipal engineering experlence. He has worked with numerous municipalities, public agencies, private agencies, and Caltrans to bring much needed roadway, transportation and infrastructure improvements throughout California. Arturo specializes in project management and design for roadway rehabilitations and reconstructlons, and street, highway, and Interchange improvements. Arturo will be supported by an experienced and dedicated project team. These staff excel at the design of transportation Infrastructure, roadway widenings, 'street 'rehabilitations and Improvements, gap closures, and specialty walls, In addition to our In-house professionals, we have Included hand•selected:suboonsultants to further supplement our team, These Include Diaz Yourman & Associates to provide.geoteohnical engineering support and CL Surveying and Mapping (DBE) to provide surveying services.
