<br />CL Surveying and Mapping, Inc. (CL Survey), is a C:aiifornia Certified UDBEIDBEIMBE survey consultant
<br />company that provides surveying, mapping and construction supportservices. They provide field and office
<br />survey services for construction staking of utilities, street construction and site developments. They prepare
<br />Design Surveys as base mapping for Street Improvement Plans, utility routing, drainage studies and site
<br />development or redevelopment.
<br />They also prepare Records of Survey, Parcel Maps and Parcel Map Exemption Applications, Tract Maps,
<br />Legal Descriptions and ALTA Surveys. They bring extensive experience in researching record Information
<br />utilizing web based records, written requests from agencies and utility companies and onsite review and
<br />research:' Working with the various titler companies, cities, and publid agencles, they prepare submittal
<br />packages for Parcel Maps, Records of Survey, Tract Maps and Lot Line Adjustments including metes and

<br />construction, and forensic services to public agencies, owners, and the U.S. Government for a wide array of
<br />project types. Including highways, streets and roads, bridges, rail, grade separations, bike paths, and other
<br />transportation Infrastructure; ports, harbors, and airports; water treatment plants, reservoirs, pipelines, and
<br />pump stations; commercial and Industrial buildings; and schools, hospitals, and other facilities.
