Williams will personally ioteiview the top 10 to '15 candidates from the resume screenit.Tg, With <br />the goal of determining which carldidates have, the greatest potential to succeed in your. <br />orgalucation, To reduce Uarel-telated expenses to our clients andincrease efficiency in theseaTeh <br />process, these. intervie-wS are typically conducted via Skype, FaccDirie, or other convenient <br />videocnnfe.tettcing applications. <br />During these in-depth interviews, Mt. Williams Will explore each candidate's background and <br />experience as is gelates to the Director of Finance. and Management Services position, such as <br />significant accomplishments, size and scope of responsibility, and otgaoizational culture. In <br />addition, Mr. Williams will discuss with the candidates their motivation fat applying for the <br />position and assess bis/her knowledge, skills, and abilities.
