Holzer <br />Re: Second and Final Extension. of Agreement for Traffic Signal and Street Light <br />Maintenance, Agreement No. A-2014-18>; <br />Dear Mr. Akerley: <br />Pursuant to Section 3 C"Term") of the above -referenced Agreement, entered into by Econolite Systems, hie. <br />(formerly Aegis ITS, Inc.) and the City of Santa Ana, dated August 5, 2014 and as previously extended and <br />amended, the time period of the Agreement is hereby extended for a final one (1) year period, from <br />September 1, 2018 to August 31, 2019. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or <br />renewed to cover this extension.
