ormance Measures
We will track the number qualified individuals that receive Financial Assistance.
All participants enrolled in the swim programs must pass each swim class level (Parent/Child level, Eel level, etc.) or
swim test demonstrating equivalent proficiency before enrolling in the next level class (tracked by swim report
cards). In soccer, youth enroll based on age, but youth who are struggling in a soccer league are recommended to
the soccer skill building class. We track the number of youth who complete this class each quarter.
We participate in several internal and external program and safety audits throughout the year and regularly train
our staff in our programs and best practices, safety and our mission and cause. We pass all safety and program
standard audits and track all staff's training completion including Child Abuse Prevention, Coach Training, etc.
We have After School Program enrollment benchmarks we need to meet each month, quarter and year.
