APPROVAL OF COMMUNITY SERVICES COUNCIL COMMITTEE MINUTES <br />o Community Services Council Committee Minutes of October 23, 2017 was <br />reviewed and approved as presented. <br />o Motion by: Councilmember Benavides Second by: Villegas <br />s Motion approved unanimously. <br />2. SANTA ANA ZOO MASTER PLAN UPDATE <br />o Gerardo Mouet introduced Ethan Fisher as the new Zoo Manager and <br />identified his zoo experience and background. He also introduced Michelle <br />Levison, Member of the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Santa <br />Ana Zoo (FOSAZ). <br />o Ethan Fisher presented the SA Zoo Master Plan with the various zones, <br />Implementation Plan and Schedule. Explained the analysis of the existing <br />site and the proposed master plan with the new entry way and parking <br />Youth, Rec. & Comm. Svs. Committee Mtg Page 1 January 22, 2018 <br />
