<br />restrictions are creating problems, In partnership with non-profits, City and school
<br />district, There is a lack of after school community-based programming for K-12, Need to
<br />increase capacity of existing service providers, Lack of youth activities such as skate
<br />parks, bowling alleys, On board programs for youth, Access to youth programs, Youth
<br />enrichment, Not enough programs for youth or recreational centers to keep kids out of
<br />trouble, Kids are going to other cities for activities and programs like Mile Square Park in
<br />Fountain Valley and in Irvine, Financial burden due to lack of money from parents to use
