Agreements for Various On-call Environmental Services <br />August 21, 2018 <br />Page 4 <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds in the total aggregate amount of $599,400 are available for expenditure in prior year and <br />the current Fiscal Year (FY) 2018-19 approved Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budgets, and <br />will be budgeted in future CIPS. <br />Prior to utilizing any of these on-call services, Public Works Agency staff must receive Finance & <br />Management Services Agency approval of funding and accounts to ensure that funds are available <br />under the authorization and aggregate limit of these agreements.
