The project involved construction of a <br />grade separation for South Raymond Avenue to cross beneath the existing railroad <br />tracks that are aligned along the north side of East Valencia Drive, Mn Coburn's <br />services included evaluating ADL survey results to provide waste characterization <br />information to the construction manager.
