These tasks are to Include but not limited <br />to: <br />Performing the necessary hazardous materials survey (Including but not limited to asbestos and LBP) and collect bulk <br />samples to Identify and quantify all potential hazardous, contaminated, or other materials, Including materials and <br />abandoned orwaste materials, which may be regulated orotherwise require special consideration or disposal arrangements <br />during, or prior to, demolition of the building. <br />Preparing the asbestos -containing materials (ACM), LBP, Universal Waste and any other necessary survey reports to <br />comply with State and Federal requirements. <br />Asbestos Surveys <br />KMEA will follow the South Coast Air Quality Management District Rule 1403 for the asbestos facility surveys and will include the <br />inspection, identification, and quantification of all friable, and Class I and Class II non -friable asbestos -containing material, and any <br />physical sampling of materials. <br />The survey and report will include the following information: <br />• Executive summary. <br />• The name, address, and telephone number of the person who conducted the survey. <br />City of Santa Ana Page 9 June 5, 2018 <br />Various Environmental Services <br />RFP NO.: 18-043 <br />25F-96 <br />
