An adjacent parcel that <br />is not a part of the project will also be subject to the rezoning and general plan <br />amendment action. The proposed project will be located at 1506-1548 West First <br />Street in the General Commercial (C-2) zoning district. <br /> <br /> <br /> Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on April 1, 2016 and notices <br />mailed April 1, 2016. <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: <br /> <br /> Planning Commission has considered the draft mitigated negative <br />declaration (MND) for this project and shall adopt by minute action a <br />recommendation to the City Council for the following actions: <br /> <br />1. Approve and adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation <br />Monitoring Reporting Program, Environmental Review No. 2015-09. <br /> <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving General Plan Amendment No. 2016-02. <br /> <br />3. Adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2016-02. <br /> <br />4.
