Inside area will have three service bays and a bay for washing, along with equipment <br />and office for employees at 628 East Washington Avenue located in the Specific Development No. 84 <br />(SD-84) zoning district. <br /> Juventino Gonzalez, representing El Taco Velez, is requesting approval of a conditional use permit to <br />allow an Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license to allow the sale of beer and wine for on -premise <br />consumption in conjunction with a full, bonafide eating establishment at 1730 East Seventeenth Street, <br />Unit H located in the Arterial Commercial (C-5) zoning district. <br /> Shiv Talwar, representing Clarion Inn & Suites, is requesting approval of a conditional use permit to allow <br />an Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license to allow the sale of beer and wine for on -premise <br />consumption within the café and common areas including the courtyard of the hotel at 2620 South Hotel <br />Terrace Drive, located in the Light Industrial (M-1) zoning district. <br /> <br />COMMENTS <br />ABSENCES
