PLANNING COMMISSION MEMBER COMMENTS <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT - The next meeting of the Planning Commission is scheduled for <br />Monday, July 25, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 22 Civic <br />Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> <br />FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS <br /> John Chen, representing McFadden Public Market, is requesting approval of a conditional use permit to <br />allow indoor entertainment at an eating establishment at 515 North Main Street located in the Specific <br />Development No. 84 (SD84) zoning district. <br /> Greg Fick, representing CP Bristol SA LLC, is requesting approval of a variance to allow a reduction in <br />required parking in order to facilitate the leasing of vacant tenant spaces for additional restaurant uses at <br />3310 South Bristol Street located in the Planned Shopping Center (C-4) zoning district. <br /> The City of Santa Ana is proposing to amend the Housing Opportunity Ordinance and allow the phased <br />payment of inclusionary housing in-lieu fees. <br /> Filed by the City of Santa Ana to amend various sections of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />related to minor exceptions, parking requirements and site plan reviews. <br /> <br />COMMENTS <br />ABSENCES
