PLANNING COMMISSION MEMBER COMMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT - The next meeting of the Planning Commission is scheduled for <br />Monday, September 12, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 22 <br />Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Andy Quach, representing The Majesty Restaurant, is requesting approval of a conditional use permits to <br />allow the expansion of the restaurant into an adjacent tenant space and allow the sale of alcoholic <br />beverages for on-premise consumption within the expanded area and to allow the operation until 2:00 <br />a.m. at 5015 West Edinger Avenue, Unit Z located in the Community Commercial (C-1) zoning district. <br /> Filed by the City of Santa Ana to redesignate the allowable land use of parcels along the Bristol Street <br />Corridor and adopt an addendum to the EIR. <br /> The Santa Ana Housing Authority is requesting approval to rezone two parcels of land Single Family <br />Residential (R-1) to Open Space (0) zoning to facilitate the future construction of a park at 415 and 425 <br />South Raitt Street. <br /> Filed by the City of Santa Ana to amend various sections of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />related to minor exceptions, parking requirements and site plan reviews. <br />COMMENTS
