<br />PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA 5 SEPTEMBER 12, 2016 <br /> <br />FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Filed by the Santa Ana Housing Authority is requesting approval to rezone two parcels of land to <br />Open Space (0) to facilitate the future construction of a park at 415 and 425 South Raitt Street. <br /> Ralph Deppisch, representing 7-Eleven, proposes to operate an existing retail market on a 24-hour <br />basis at 2626 North Bristol Street, Unit B located in the Community Commercial (C1) zoning district. <br /> Filed by the City of Santa Ana to redesignate the allowable land use of parcels along the Bristol <br />Street Corridor and adopt an addendum to a previously approved EIR. <br /> Filed by the City of Santa Ana to reformat and amend various sections of Chapter 41 of the Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code pertaining to wireless facilities, Two Family Residences, site plan review, <br />Hearing Officer, minor exceptions, appeals, development project approval and parking. <br /> Filed by the City of Santa Ana to remove and replace the existing Zoning Sectional District Maps.
