Commission discussion ensued regarding parking demand for <br />hotel employees, parking demand for proposed restaurant, release date of parking study, <br />CEQA requirements for Environmental Impact Report, historic properties located on the <br />project site, and current parking conditions. The Commission expressed concern with the <br />impact of reduced parking and traffic congestion/circulation and agreed that further <br />analysis should be conducted to determine the impact on the surrounding area. <br /> <br />MOTION: Continue matter to the next regularly scheduled meeting and direct <br />staff to conduct a study on the impacts of the displaced parking, review circulation <br />of traffic near the project site, and conduct additional Police Department analysis. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES A-6 DECEMBER 11, 2017
