<br />providing guidance on developer payment of traffic Improvements, responding
<br />to citizen requests and school traffic concerns, preparing and reviewing work
<br />zone traffic control plans, implementing grant -funded programs, and reviewing
<br />permit parking programs.

<br />Placentia for five years, working on-site two half -days per week. She was also
<br />contract City Traffic Engineer for the Cities of Los Alamitos and Temecula and
<br />the Consultant Traffic Engineer for the City of Rancho Palos Verdes. Her traffic
<br />study experience included preparing and reviewing traffic impact studies,
<br />preparing neighborhood traffic management and parking plans, preparing
<br />traffic Impact analyses for proposed developments and for Project Study
