Chuck provided Inspection services for civil road Improvement <br />projects following MUTCD, SWPPP, and OSHA guidelines throughout the construction <br />process. He was responsible for scheduling, wet & dry <br />underground utility Installation, subcontractors and up to 25 employees. During this time, <br />he saw to the successful completion of $11 M worth of projects for Cathedral City. <br />Owner <br />1994-2004 C. Stagner Enterprises, Inc. I CA <br />Chuck was the owner and operator of this underground utility contracting company. He <br />installed utility backbone systems and oversaw everyday activities for public works and <br />private projects ranging from $50K to $1M.
