<br />Mr. Braley has over 41 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in Southern and Northern California,
<br />Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Virginia. J has provided survey services to public works agencies,
<br />Institutional agencies, and private land developers. He has a strong background in right-of-way mapping,
<br />boundary and title related issues as well as topographic surveys, horizontal and vertical control, and
<br />monument staking and construction staking. In this regard, he was the lead surveyor on several large
<br />projects in the Mojave Desert and In Southern and Northern California. These projects included mapping
<br />for over 100 sections and resolving the boundaries on over 1800 parcels within those sections. He also
<br />mapped and resolved boundaries for 30 miles of the Los Angeles Aqueduct, which had not been mapped
<br />since construction In the 1820's.
