<br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute
<br />an agreement with IDS Group to provide Electrical Lighting Design
<br />Services for three-year term beginning August 21, 2018, through August
<br />20, 2021, in the total amount of $92,690, which includes a design
<br />contingency in the amount of $8,427, with an optional one-year extension
<br />exercisable by the City Manager and City Attorney, subject to non -
<br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney
<br />(AGMT. No. 2018-185).
<br />25C. APPROVE LEGAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ATKINSON, ANDELSON,
<br />LOYA, RUUD & ROMO, APLC, RELATED TO ADMINISTRATIVE AND
<br />LITIGATION MATTERS FOR PERSONNEL, POLICE, AND GENERAL
<br />LIABILITY {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 1, 3, 4, 51 — City Attorney's Office and
<br />Human Resources Department
<br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute
<br />on-call legal services agreement with the law firm of Atkinson, Andelson,
<br />Loya, Ruud & Romo, APLC, ("AALRR") related to administrative and
<br />litigation matters concerning general liability, personnel and police for a
<br />three (3) year term ending on August 20, 2021, with an option to extend the
<br />term for up to one (1) year, in an amount not to exceed $500,000, including
<br />any extension period, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the
<br />City Manager and the City Attorney (AGMT. No. 2018-186).
<br />25D. APPROVE AN AGREEMENT AMENDMENT WITH VALLEY MAINTENANCE
<br />CORPORATION FOR EXPANDED CUSTODIAL SERVICES AT PARK
<br />RESTROOMS AND INCLUDE THE ROOSEVELTIWALKER COMMUNITY
<br />CENTER {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, 1B} — Parks, Recreation and Community
<br />Services Agency
<br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute
<br />an amendment to the agreement with Valley Maintenance Corporation to
<br />provide expanded custodial services at park restrooms and include the
<br />Roosevelt/Walker Community Center into the base agreement by
<br />increasing the annual agreement amount by $186,200 (prorated at
<br />$139,650 for the remaining portion of current term), which includes a 10%
<br />contingency, from September 1, 2018 through May 31, 2019, with two, one-
<br />year renewal options, for a total cost (original and amendments) of
<br />$1,653,536 over the term of the contract, including renewals, subject to
<br />non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney
<br />(AGMT. No. 2018-187).
