CONFIRMATION OF CLOSED SESSION ACTION(S) — City Attorney's Office <br />Council authorized staff to initiate a nuisance abatement action against property <br />owner, in the general area of Harbor and Hazard, to stop illegal activity, by a <br />vote of 6-0 (Sarmiento absent). <br />19B. EXCUSED ABSENCES — Clerk of the Council Office <br />'Motion to excuse absence from the Regular Open Session was considered <br />during the Housing Authority Session. <br />MOTION.
