MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute <br />an agreement with David Evans and Associates for a two-year term <br />beginning August 21, 2018, and expiring on August 20, 2020, with the <br />option for the City to grant up to two one-year renewal options exercisable <br />by the City Manager and the City Attorney, to provide consulting <br />landscape architectural design services for the new 6th and Lacy Park, in <br />the total amount not to exceed $132,561, including a 10 percent <br />contingency in the amount of $12,051, subject to non -substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (AGMT. APPROVE DONATION AGREEMENT WITH VARIOUS ORGANIZATIONS TO <br />SUPPORT COMMUNITY EVENTS AND PROGRAMS {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. <br />5, 4) — City Council <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute <br />agreements with various organizations in support of their community <br />events and programs, subject to nonsubstantive changes approved by the <br />City Manager and the City Attorney, as follows: <br />a. Charitable Ventures of Orange County for the Wilshire Square <br />Neighborhood Association's annual picnic event that occurred July 28, <br />2018, in a one-time donation amount of $500 (Mayor Pulido); <br />b. Charitable Ventures of Orange County for the Wilshire Square <br />Neighborhood Association's annual picnic event that occurred July 28, <br />2018, in a one-time donation amount of $500 (Mayor Pro Tem Martinez); <br />c. Charitable Ventures of Orange County for the Eastside Neighborhood <br />Association's community resource fair and clean-up event that <br />occurred on August 18, 2018, in a one-time donation amount of $500 <br />(Mayor Pro Tem Martinez); <br />d. Charitable Ventures of Orange County as fiscal sponsor for the <br />Downtown Neighborhood Association for the Annual International <br />Older Adults Health Fair that will occur October 1, 2018, in a one-time <br />donation amount of $500 (Mayor Pro Tem Martinez); <br />e.
