Huizar <br />Re: Extension of Consultant Agreement A-2015-157 for Furniture, Fixtures, and <br />Euuh3ment Appraisal Services <br />Dear Ms. Mamaux: <br />Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2015-157 entered into by Desmond, Marcello & <br />Amster, LLC, and the City of Santa Ana, dated August 5, 2015, the time period for said Agreement is <br />hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period from August 6, 2018 to August 5, 2019. The <br />insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
