The presentation included a description of the proposed boundary <br />extension, an overview of the MEMU overlay zone, description of proposed modifications, <br />and pipeline projects. <br /> <br /> Branden Wermers, representing Wermers Properties, provided a presentation on the Elan <br />Project which included a detailed description of the project. <br />COMMENTS <br /> <br />7.
