DISCUSSION ON PROPOSED CAMPUS FOR CHRIST OUR SAVIOR PARISH <br />LOCATED AT 2000 WEST ALTON AVENUE <br /> <br /> Case Planner Guevara provided an overview of the project which included information on <br />the following: <br /> <br /> Location Information <br /> Background <br /> Project Description <br /> Proposed Site Plan <br /> Floor Plans <br /> Proposed Renderings <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding setbacks, project timeline, architectural design, hours of <br />operation, security, traffic flow, campus accessibility, and signage. It was generally agreed <br />that the design should include contrasting colors and other natural elements to <br />complement the all-white building color; would like Church to feel inviting. Overall, <br />Commission expressed support for the project. The applicant was present to address <br />Commission concerns and provided additional information on the project. <br /> <br /> <br />COMMENTS <br /> <br />3. STAFF COMMENTS: None. <br /> <br />4.
