<br />Anita Hayworth is a senior project manager and senior
<br />biologist with more than 35 years' professional experience as
<br />an ecologist specializing in environmental impact analysis,
<br />biology -related California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)
<br />and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents,
<br />habitat and population surveys, special -status species surveys,
<br />and wildlife management studies.
<br />Dr. Hayworth is well versed in the ecology and distribution of a
<br />number of rare, threatened, or endangered species, has
<br />conducted numerous focused surveys of these species, and
<br />she understands the requirements for regulatory compliance in
<br />dealing with endangered species, including preparation of
<br />documents required for Section 7 consultation and Section 10.
<br />Dr. Hayworth's areas of expertise include general wildlife
<br />surveys; population, breeding, and foraging surveys of wildlife;
<br />small mammal studies using trap, mark, and release programs;
<br />and behavior and reproductive success studies of birds and
<br />mammals. Dr. Hayworth has also conducted intertidal surveys,
<br />general habitat surveys, and general observations about
<br />hydrology and erosion potential. She has prepared biological
<br />assessments of impacts and mitigation programs. Dr. Hayworth
<br />excels in preparation of master plans, as well as development
<br />of management plans and mitigation measures for impacts

<br />San Diego, California. Project manager for preparation of a biological technical report for the City of San
<br />Diego Park and Recreation Department. The project involves a master plan for the passive recreation,
<br />coastal management, and public access and use of the Sunset Cliffs Natural Park. Tasks include project
<br />management, focused surveys for the California gnatcatcher, review of vegetation mapping, survey of the
<br />intertidal resources, and assembly of existing information and impact analysis into a technical report.
<br />Carlsbad Municipal Golf Course, City of Carlsbad, California. Assisted with permitting and
<br />coordination with resource agencies. Provided interpretation of impacts and evaluated the suitability of
<br />numerous mitigation sites including Perkins, Choumas-Pappas, and others. Conducted a burrowing owl
