<br />100-year flood protection for the wastewater treatment plant. The
<br />existing 3,900 foot long levee will be raised by as much as 10-feet
<br />using a combination of levee raise and floodwalls over a 2,100-foot
<br />long portion of Its length, to provide 100-year flood protection from
<br />the Santa Ana River, which runs directly adjacent to the plant along
<br />its north side. The design features a bike path on top of the levee,
<br />as well as a security fence for the treatment plant, Integrated Into
