A web -based platform is available to submit a <br />"Community of Interest" and located at: https://santa- <br />ana maps arcgis com/apps/CrowdsourceReporter/index htmPap pid=76c69f1d041842cd9c9eecd <br />7de9f05df All maps, suggestions and comments will be carefully reviewed and considered. <br />Please submit on or before October 4, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. to ensure adequate review time to <br />Santa Ana City Hall, Clerk of the Council, 20 Civic Center Plaza 8th Floor, Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br />or via e-mail at ecomments()santa-ana.org. <br />This proposed re -boundary process is categorically exempt from the California Environmental <br />Quality Act ("CEQA") pursuant to Section 15320 — Class 20 (Changes in Organization of Local <br />Agencies) of the CEQA Guidelines, California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 3, since it <br />involves a proposed reorganization of the City Council Wards and does not change the <br />geographical area in which previously existing powers are exercised. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN <br />Approval of this item allows us to meet Goal #5.
