Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute agreements with various organizations in support of their <br />community events and programs, subject to nonsubstantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney, as follows: <br />a. Child Creativity Lab in support of the Girl Scout STEAM Conference <br />for young women in Santa Ana on December 8, 2018, in a one-time <br />donation amount of $1,000 (Mayor Pro Tem Martinez); <br />b. Santa Ana Unidos Boxing Club in support of the Roses in the <br />Concrete Education and Arts Festival that occurred August 25, <br />2018, in a one-time donation amount of $500 (Councilmember <br />Sarmiento). <br />29B. Approve the City's continued membership in the Big Independent <br />Cities Excess Pool Liability Program from July 1, 2018 to June 30, <br />2019 at an estimated premium cost not to exceed $3,700,000. <br />2. Approve the City's continued membership in the Big Independent <br />Cities Excess Pool Workers' Compensation Program from July 1, <br />2018 to June 30, 2019 at an estimated premium not to exceed <br />$400,000. <br />3.
