APPROVE DONATION AGREEMENTS WITH VARIOUS ORGANIZATIONS <br />TO SUPPORT COMMUNITY EVENTS AND PROGRAMS {STRATEGIC PLAN <br />NO. 5, 4} – City Council <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute agreements with various organizations in support of their <br />community events and programs, subject to nonsubstantive changes approved <br />by the City Manager and the City Attorney, as follows: <br /> <br />a. Heritage Museum of Orange County in support of the Sugar Skull Workshop <br />in celebration of Dia de los Muertos and Ghosts of OC Trick or Treat, a free <br />event open to the community, on October 26, 2018, in a one-time donation <br />amount of $500 (Councilmember Solorio); <br /> <br />b. Heritage Museum of Orange County in support of the Sugar Skull Workshop <br />in celebration of Dia de los Muertos and Ghosts of OC Trick or Treat, a free <br />event open to the community, on October 26, 2018, in a one-time donation <br />amount of $500 (Councilmember Benavides); <br /> <br />c. Heritage Museum of Orange County in support of the Sugar Skull Workshop <br />in celebration of Dia de los Muertos and Ghosts of OC Trick or Treat, a free <br />event open to the community, on October 26, 2018, in a one-time donation <br />amount of $500 (Councilmember Tinajero); <br /> <br />d.
