No. 2018-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br />25C. APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH MERCY HOUSE LIVING CENTERS, INC., <br />TO OPERATE AN INTERIM HOMELESS SHELTER IN SANTA ANA <br />{STRATEGIC PLAN NOS. 1,6; 5,4; 5,6} – Community Development Agency and City <br />Manager’s Office <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an agreement with Mercy House Living Centers, Inc., to <br />operate an interim Emergency Homeless Shelter in Santa Ana for a period of one <br />year in the amount of $3.1 million commencing on the execution date of the <br />agreement, with the option to renew for up to one additional year exercisable by <br />the City Manager and City Attorney, in an amount not to exceed $6 million, <br />including renewal period, and inclusive of a $250,000 annual contingency, <br />subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney (AGMT. No. 2018-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br />25D. APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH SERCO INC. TO <br />PROVIDE PARKING ENFORCEMENT SERVICES AND UPDATE SCOPE <br />{STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 1, 5} – Police Department <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an amendment to the existing agreement with Serco, Inc. for <br />parking enforcement services, revising language related to insurance <br />requirements, prevailing wage, local employment opportunities, and other <br />changes related to scope of services, subject to non-substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (AGMT.
