The project includes 200 apartment units <br />in a transit -oriented development that is geared towards active seniors with a large <br />component of artist -related amenities. During the initial stages, KMA assisted the redevelopment agency <br />in structuring a project with 9% LIHTC's; HOME funds; and Set -Aside funds assistance. <br />The project was subsequently restructured as a tax-exempt multifamily bond/4% <br />Keyser Marston Associates, Inc.
