APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH KEYSER MARSTON ASSOCIATES FOR <br />AFFORDABLE HOUSING FINANCIAL, ANALYTICAL AND ADVISORY SERVICES <br />{STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 4} <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the <br />Council, and the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to execute the on-call <br />consultant agreement between the City of Santa Ana and the Housing Authority with <br />Keyser Marston Associates for affordable housing financial, analytical and advisory <br />services for a three-year term beginning on August 21, 2018 through August 20, 2021, in <br />the amount not to exceed $200,000, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the <br />City Manager and City Attorney, and Executive Director and Authority Counsel. <br /> <br />*** END OF BUSINESS CALENDAR *** <br /> <br /> <br />COMMENTS <br /> <br />6.
