APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH KEYSER MARSTON ASSOCIATES FOR <br />AFFORDABLE HOUSING FINANCIAL, ANALYTICAL AND ADVISORY <br />SERVICES {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 4} <br /> <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council, and <br />the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to execute the on-call <br />consultant agreement between the City of Santa Ana and the Housing <br />Authority with Keyser Marston Associates for affordable housing financial, <br />analytical and advisory services for a three-year term beginning on August <br />21, 2018 through August 20, 2021, in the amount not to exceed $200,000, <br />subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney, and Executive Director and Authority Counsel. <br /> <br /> Item considered and voted during the Regular Open Session meeting. <br /> <br /> MOTION: Tinajero SECOND: Martinez <br />1-2
