This may include, but is not limited to, the maintenance of at least one unobstructed lane in both directions on surrounding roadways. At any time only a single lane is available, the developer shall provide a temporary traffic signal, signal carriers (i.e. flagpersons), or other appropriate traffic controls to allow travel in both directions. If construction activities require the complete closure of a roadway segment, the developer should provide appropriate signage indicating alternative routes.
