CITY MANAGER'S COMMENTS <br />City Manager Godinez, reported the following: <br />• Water Conservation Outreach Effort spearheaded by the Public Works <br />Agency, Water Division <br />• Fill from the Tap Video highlighting Santa Ana's quality drinking water <br />90B. CITY COUNCILMEMBER COMMENTS <br />Mayor Pro Tem Martinez: <br />• Provided City Council with report on Economic Development, <br />Infrastructure, Budget, and Technology Committee meeting and utility <br />audit review. <br />• Noted upcoming 2028 Olympics and opportunity to host skateboarding <br />event.
