INSURANCE ON FILE <br />ARK MAY PROCEED <br />FILiNSURANCE�X�;p <br />GL.ERK OF GOUNGIL P%�'' <br />Silvia Cuevas <br />7—/ /P <br />//- Ir- /r <br />N-2018-034-01 <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING SERVICES <br />INC. <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on September 5, 2018, <br />by and between Comprehensi,Y.e) ousing Services, Inc., a California corporation ("Consultant"), and the <br />City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into an Agreement No. N-2018-034 dated February 28, 2018 to provide <br />Federal Labor Standards Compliance services and Section 3 monitoring services for installation <br />of a wrought iron fence at Birch Park ("Agreement"), <br />B. The parties wish to amend the Agreement to increase compensation paid to Consultant to etivv'r the <br />costs associated with Having to re -bid the project: In addition, the state compensation funds were <br />accidently labeled as contingency funds in the original agreement and the parties want to clarify that <br />there are both state compensation funds and contingency funds. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 2a, COMPENSATION, is revised to change $3,750.00 to,$5,220.00. This will result in an <br />increase of federal compliance costs from $3000 to $3600 and designating $870 as contingency <br />fiords and $750 as state compensation funds. <br />2. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain <br />in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to the Agreement on <br />the date and year first written above. <br />ATTE <br />MARIA D.
