The City of Santa Ana has qualified for a HOME match reduction of 100%, therefore <br />not requiring the City to provide any match as part of the HOME Program. Thi ESG program requires a <br />=;M <br />dollar -for -dollar match requirement. However, the City requires the matcj"r'equirement to be met <br />through its funded agencies.
