APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH COOPERATIVE PERSONNEL <br />SERVICES (CPS) TO CONDUCT A COMPENSATION STUDY OF <br />CONFIDENTIAL ASSOCIATION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA (CASA) <br />JOB CLASSIFICATIONS {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 7, 4) — Human <br />Resources Department <br />25C. <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute an agreement with Cooperative Personnel Services (dba CPS <br />HR Consulting), subject to non -substantive changes approved by the <br />City Manager and City Attorney, to conduct a compensation study of <br />job classifications in the Confidential Association of Santa Ana <br />(CASA) bargaining unit in an amount not to exceed $24,999.99 for the <br />period of September 18, 2018 through June 30, 2019, with the option <br />of an extension in writing executed by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney (AGMT.
