Noted grant funding process may take up to two years; and thanked <br />staff for implementation of pedestrian pathway with use of State grants, <br />allowing opportunities for pedestrians to walk in a safe manner. <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute an agreement with Tetra Tech for a three-year term beginning <br />September 18, 2018, and expiring on September 17, 2021, with two <br />one-year renewal options exercisable by the City Manager and the City <br />Attorney, to provide design consulting services for the Lincoln <br />Avenue Pedestrian Pathway Connectivity project, in the total amount <br />not to exceed $149,786, subject to non -substantive changes approved <br />by the City Manager and City Attorney (AGMT.
