MISCELLANEOUS - BUDGET <br />29A. APPROVE DONATION AGREEMENTS WITH VARIOUS <br />ORGANIZATIONS TO SUPPORT COMMUNITY EVENTS AND <br />PROGRAMS {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 4) —City Council <br />MOTION; Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute agreements with various organizations in support of their <br />community events and programs, subject to nonsubstantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney, as follows: <br />a. Heritage Museum of Orange County in support of the Sugar Skull <br />Workshop in celebration of Dia de los Muertos and Ghosts of OC <br />Trick or Treat, a free event open to the community, on October 26, <br />2018, in a one-time donation amount of $500 (Councilmember <br />Solorlo); <br />b.
