Holzer <br />Pursuant to Section 2(c) ("Term of Agreement') of the Second Amended and Resulted Exclusive Negotiation <br />Agreement No. A-2018-002 entered into by and between Caribou Industries, Inc. and the City of Santa Ana, Ilse <br />parties opted on July 11, 2018, to extend the Agreement for an additional three (3) month period through October <br />30, 2018. The parties, by operation of this letter, choose to exercise their option for a second extension of the <br />Agreement for an additional ninety (90) day period until January 28, 2019.
