<br />Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) for the demolition
<br />of the existing pedestrian bridge spanning Santiago Creek and the
<br />Installation of a pre -constructed replacement bridge, The existing
<br />pedestrian bridge spanning Santiago Creek was older and did not
<br />provide ADA (handicapped) accessibility. The new bridge provides
<br />Improved access for the public to the historic Modjeska House and
<br />Gardens.
<br />California High -Speed Rail Project EIRIEIS, Los Angeles
<br />and orange Counties, CA, Task manager for the preparation
<br />of technical reports and analysis of environmental Impacts in the
<br />areas of land use and aesthetics for baseline conditions for the
<br />13 jurisdictions located along the alignment. Helped author the
<br />interagency coordination plan for the Anaheim to Los Angeles Union
<br />Station portion of the proposed Californla High -Speed Rail Project.
<br />University Business Park Specific Plan EIR, San Marcos, CA,
<br />Primary author for the University Business Park Specific Plan EIR,
<br />which encompassed an 86-acre site. The specific plan proposed to
<br />develop a high-technology business park (light industrial, research
<br />and development, manufacturing, and office uses), multi -family
<br />residential units, park, open -space preservation, and infrastructure
<br />Improvements (including roadways) within the City of San Marcos,
<br />Led the project team in Identifying and developing a comprehensive
<br />plan to analyze the compatibility of the proposed development with
<br />the existing land uses. She analyzed the potential impacts of the
<br />proposed project for land use, aesthetics, hazards and hazardous
<br />materials, population and housing, public services, recreation, traffic,
