STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS <br />Project Understanding <br />In 2016, Dudek was hired by the City of Santa Ana to develop a comprehensive rehabilitation plan for <br />Centennial Park Lake and the park area surrounding the lake. The goal of the rehabilitation project <br />was to Identify problems, needs, deficiencies with the lake, lake equipment, the lake park area, lake <br />visitor behavior, and take maintenance in order to develop a comprehensive remediation plan to <br />address each identified deficiency. A detailed outline of identified lake deficiencies separated Into (7) <br />major lake management categories and the proposed design solution for each deficiency is provided <br />below: <br />TABLE 2.
