The light can <br />be controlled with a lighting control panel with either programmable timer <br />or a photocell so that the lights will come on at dusk and turn off at dawn. <br />We will work with the City to develop a control strategy for the lighting. <br />Examples of fountain jet accent <br />and lighting. <br />The Design Development phase will also Include 60% complete design for the Biological Water <br />Quality Control System including: <br />• Submerged biological filters, <br />• Vascular vegetation wetland planters, <br />• Aquatic vegetation planters, <br />• Fishery management plan, <br />• Waterfowl management plan, and <br />• Wildlife management plan <br />The Design Development phase will also <br />include 60% complete design for the <br />Environmental Water Quality Control System <br />including <br />• Waterfowl habitat island grading, <br />• Waterfowl habitat island planting palette <br />• Waterfowl habitat island irrigation plan <br />• Lake fishery stocking plan <br />• Lake area vector control plan, <br />• Lake maintenance plan. <br />• Lake area trash management plan <br />sur design pians will include grading design and a plant palette <br />developedbyourlb-house waterfowl specialist restoration <br />ecologist, and a landscape architect to create a habitat and an <br />environment that Is favorable to native waterfowl. <br />The socio -behavioral water quality system includes elements intended to modify behavior of park <br />users in a way that results in better water quality.
