N-2018-174-01 <br />j,v URANCE ON FILE <br />v,OkKMAY PROCEED <br />IL INSURANCE EXPIRES <br />E Y OF COUNCIL FIRST #141ENDMENT TO SPECIAL LE COUNSEL <br />O 6 9 ���� SFRVICFS AGREEMENT WITH McCUNE & HARBEI LLP <br />C C1 1 THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into this 281 day of September, <br />U "2018, by and between McCune & Harber, LLP, a California limited liability company ("Attorneys"), and <br />the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement #N-2018-174, dated August 17, 2018 ("Agreement"), by which <br />Attorneys agreed to provide legal services. <br />B. Theterm oftheAgreement is from August 17, 2018 through August 16, 2019, and is currently in effect. <br />C. In preparation for their work with the City, Attorneys provided services beginning in late July 2018 up <br />to the effective date of the Agreement. The.parties wish to allow the Agreement to render payment to <br />the Attorneys for services rendered. No additional funds are required to this Amendment during the <br />term of the Agreement. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 3, Compensation, is amended to allow for payment for services rendered by the Attorneys in <br />the months of July and August 2018. <br />2.
