This single-family residential building has a multi - gabled moderate -pitch roof clad in composition shingle roofing with exposed rafters that extends over the driveway, creating a porte-cochere. Architectural detailing along front elevation includes vertical flush wood cladding in the front gable end, with horizontal flush wood cladding and stucco cladding the remainder of the exterior. Fenestration includes large multi -light fixed window at the projecting front gable and double -hung wood windows with speedline sashes at the west elevation—all with decorative shutters—as well as a small octagonal fixed window near the center of the primary elevation. The partial -width porch and porte-cochere are both supported by paired square porch supports with diamond-shaped elements. A detached garage at the rear of the property utilizes vertical flush wood cladding with minimal overhangs. The house includes two circular attic vents on the front elevation.
